Jean Viereck

A long-time supporter of the Theatre and a member of the Founders Circle, Jean Viereck, recently said she divides contributions in direct proportion to the time spent in each community. "We hope all snowbirds that attend the McCallum and enjoy the marvelous entertainment we are all afforded will do the same. Some people will volunteer, others contribute their professional services, and then there are those who make cash donations."

Jean went on to say, "The McCallum educates students in the desert schools and in so doing provides nourishment and encouragement for talent along with the development of self-esteem. Times are difficult for many families and this is the only opportunity given to these young people." Jean is also a Muse Board Member and a Patroness at the new membership level, Patroness Silver, who believes in the words of Winston Churchill: "We live by what we get, but we make a life by what we give."
